Perform performance tuning and design load tests 5. Investigate and resolve reported defects 6. Mentor and provide technical leadership for team and own project solutions and deliveries 7. Tool savvy to reduce development and troubleshooting efforts 8. Open source technology 9. Services testing methodology experience *Required skills/competencies:* Software development (10 years) Object oriented systems (7 years) J2EE Architect ( 5 years ) Web Services/REST services development Experience with the technologies as follows: 1. Spring 2. Java (JEE) 3. Jason, Ajax, JQuery 4. JSP, JSTL, Tiles 5. Rational Application Developer 6. XML, XSL 7. TSQL (Microsoft SQL server), JDBC 9. Object Oriented Analysis and Design 10. Unix 11 SOA Database design and development experience with SQL and mainstream relational database engines such as Oracle and SQL Server.
