Skills: Rational, websphere, J2EE, cobol/CICS, z/OS, DB2 Each of the Contractor’s proposed staff must meet the skills and experience as listed below: 1.At least 4 years of Rational RequisitePro, Rational Software Architect, Rational Application Developer, Rational Data Architect, WebSphere Developer for z. 2.At least 6 years of experience in J2EE and COBOL/CICS application development, performance monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, installation and configuration for z/OS, AIX and Windows. 3.
