Local and non local can apply but local or those who can attend a face to
face HIGHLY recommended. They are looking to fill as soon as next week.
Performance engineer/Architect needs wealth applications experience,
LoadRunner up to 12.02 version experience, TruClient (at least know where
it does and doesn’t fit), QTP, HPQC, SharePoint and Broadvision portal
experience, Mobile and Oracle 12 experience.

Estimate, Strategize, Plan, Design, Execute and Analyze performance tests
products and projects. Ensure that performance and load tests developed
internal to each specific Wealth product development group all meet quality
assurance standards prior to system delivery and implementation to the
Wealth team. Provide reporting of tests and test results that allow for
quantitative tracking of Wealth project quality and completeness. Oversee
compliance of all performance testing artifacts and standards throughout
project life cycles. Interface with the Wealth project owners, developers,
analysts, and project managers.

Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of the portfolio of Wealth applications.
2. Knowledge of the specific Wealth related architectures and environments
including the Wealth performance testing environment and data.
3. Requires deep collaboration with the Wealth partners and familiarity
with their project management methodology.
4. Strong understanding of Wealth’s Mobile applications.
5. Strong understanding of Wealth Passport and Portal operations.
6. Superb knowledge of LoadRunner including latest versions (12.02). Must
be able to work with many different protocols, systems/equipment
monitoring, troubleshooting errors and understand transaction failures.
7. Demonstrated skill in creating/understanding LoadRunner scripts at the
API level.
8. Creative problem solver who can recommend methods and protocol solutions
for testing various types of applications.
9. A deep understanding of performance and load testing types and the
process to achieve testing results.
10. Adept at leading meetings and explaining rationale behind QA standards,
load testing and application performance.
11. Must be able to work independently across multiple projects at a time
while following a formal process. This is a position for someone who enjoys
being the go-to person for troubleshooting complex problems.
12. Excellent organizational skills are necessary for tracking status of
multiple projects and requests. Project management experience necessary.
13. Strong experience in technical documentation.
14. Strong experience in other HP products like QTP/UFT desired.
15. Persuasive ability to explain to people the value in performance
testing.
16. In depth knowledge of architectures and technologies as they relate to
performance testing.
