The HIE team is responsible for the availability and scalability of our 24x7 SaaS and Cloud environments. The HIE team functions as a tight-knit group who also works very closely with other teams. Our work environment is global (multiple time zones), fast-paced and forward thinking. Live and breathe MS Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2, Window Server Hyper-V Virtualization using SCVMM, Active Directory and PowerShell, Help manage all of the Operation team’s Windows Server systems and environments Help build and operate systems for a rapidly growing SaaS and Cloud hosting infrastructure Help implement and manage Windows system Monitoring, efficiency and performance tools Work with the Operation team leaders in implementation of the computing infrastructure Provide technical assistance to developers, testers and engineers to unify operational efforts Works well in a team environment, is Data Driven and has a Customer Centric attitude Explore concepts, ideas and technology to help drive solutions to Scalability challenges Must be able to handle operations using Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Must be able to create and manage Private Clouds using Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Must be able to create and manage Public Clouds using Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 in a Hybrid Environment Must be able to automate many of tasks from Patching to Monitoring using PowerShell Must be detail-oriented and willing to learn Help identify, resolve and prevent existing and future system bottleneck issues Job Requirements: Desired Qualifications: Computer science degree or degree in a similar field.
