Technical Leads are responsible for ensuring well-written, testable, high quality and (technically) documented software is produced. Engineers will participate in architecture and design of software as well as ensuring software is developed to specification. You must be self-motivated, able to work independently in a team environment, and possess strong analytical and design skills. · Conducts code reviews for system modifications and development. · Ability to collaborate with or provide oversight to an offshore team to complete project deliverables. · Coordinates the efforts of other developers by assigning and reviewing development work. · Keeps management team apprised of work progress and is proactive in communicating any concerns or opportunities for better project deliver. · Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate offshore team and deadlines. · Ability to clearly communicate design rationales and build consensus around designs. · Ability to develop innovative approaches to complex design problems. · Ability to work within timeline to deliver product on time. *Experience, Skills and Knowledge:* · 10 or more year of experience using JAVA, Python, Maven, Spring · C/C++ skill large plus · Previous experience leading a team of developers · Database design/modeling/programming (MySQL and Postgres) Test Driven Development, mocking frameworks, IoC, dependency injection Good understanding of creating service layers Excellent OO Analysis and Design Skills · Java core design patterns and approaches · Expert in JAVA, JavaScript, Python, JQuery, JSF · Nuxeo and Mule ESB work experience a bonus · Experience with modern build tools such as Jenkins, SonarCube and Puppet a plus *Thanks and Regards* *Ravi Kiran* Shivam Infotech Inc.
