*Job Description :Role : Senior Network Engineer with Voice operations experienceLocation : Horsham, PADuration : 6+ MonthsClient Interview – 1 round, telephonic* *Description: CCNP, CCNA, Juniper Certified, MPLS* *Qualifications:* • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and CCNA • Juniper Network experience required. Certification a big plus • Expert knowledge of Internetworking Operating Systems and call center technology. • Experience with Nortel PBX systems, Aspect, or Cisco ICM/Call Manager a plus. • Proficient knowledge of call center technology, carrier transport and provisioning (T1, ISDN, T3) PBX systems, and voice mail systems. • 3 – 5 years experience with deploying and/or administrating an Avaya SIP environment (Session & System Manager). • Exhibit strong attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment. • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule. • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality I’ll be looking forward to hear from your end.
