Position : Network Infrastructure Cable Specialist Location : Providence, RI Duration : 6+ Months *Skills and Experience Required :* The candidate must be an expert in cabling and no so much Data! 1. The Network Infrastructure Cable Specialist is a professional position that understands the installation, modification, repair and maintenance of voice, video and data cabling systems. 2. The specialist will also conduct site surveys of installations areas to determine work methods, tools, materials, etc. 3. The specialist is responsible for making independent judgments and ensuring that 3rd party cabling vendors are adhering to installation guidelines. 4. In addition the specialist may be requested to install equipment and be involved in some facets of configuration and deployment. In addition, general administrative and operational troubleshooting experience around Cisco routing & switching technologies is desirable.
