*Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills:*
• Comprehensive SQL programming experience at all levels (SQL Server is
preferred)
• DB programming and tuning in MS SQLServer
• Understanding of web technologies .NET
• Hands on experience with Markit EDM would be beneficial
• Define and drive the creation of the landscape roadmap - define the
system inventory and As-Is, deliver a roadmap of how the landscape will
evolve through time and deliver the target landscape
• ETL Tools: ability to demonstrate implementation of architecture and
development techniques for end to end ETL framework
*Desirable Technical /Functional Skills:*
• Practical experience in translating requirements specifications into
technical designs/deliverables.
• Practical experience working within architecture groups and sharing ideas.
• Proven experience of designing and implementing a data model and ETL
processes to meet the business information needs.
• Practical experience interfacing with reporting platforms and providing
source information in a timely manner.
• Practical experience working with all levels of business from senior
management to executors.
• Proactive Mind - ability to take tasks to the next level and consider the
big picture
• Ability to abstract general principles from specifics
• Desire to simplify and implement standards of best practice for
architecture and design
• Team player and able to lead technical members in the best direction
based on past experience
