Southeast Michigan At least 10 years of experience in developing and architecting solutions using .NET 3.0 +. In-depth knowledge in understanding relational database models and developing complex database queries using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2014. Working experience in architecting/developing SOA (.NET Web Services) and WCF. Programming experience in: VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET (3.0 +), ADO.NET, AJAX, XML, XSLT, SQL, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, XHTML, CSS, etc. Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008/2010/2013 and TFS 2012. SQL Server experience (developing SSIS packages, developing SSRS reports, Writing Stored Procedures, UDF, Creating Tables, Knowledge of or experience in Analysis Services). Basic Knowledge of IIS. Working knowledge of Windows Service, WinForms, WebForms and MVC development practices. Excellent technical, analysis, communications, mentoring, and teamwork skills. Highly motivated individual with deep technology understanding, capable of learning and digesting new technologies rapidly. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work and learn independently. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas amongst team members of various technical skill levels as well as clients. Written communication skills necessary to express concepts and technical specifications in a clear and concise manner at a level appropriate for the intended audience. Ability to consult with clients and project teams on .NET Solutions application business requirements analysis, project scope, and effort estimations. Experience architecting, installing and configuring .NET solutions in a lead role. Capable of performing design and configuration of complex systems with a focus on best practices for scalability, supportability and east of administration, and system performance Ability to effectively collaborate with a development team, business analysts, project managers, and operate independently. Proven track record working on a high volume or high profile websites. SharePoint experience a plus but not required.
