SAS Data Analyst/Developer with strong SAS ODS and Affirmative Action Plans
experience for the following job. The consultant MUST have worked in the HR
department working on HR Compliance, EEO/AA and CAAMS.

*Required Skills:*
2+ recent years of demonstrated knowledge and experience using *Base SAS
programming.*
Strong SAS skills, including data manipulation in data step and report *writing
in SAS ODS.*
Advanced
*MS Excel, and PowerPoint skills. *Excellent verbal, written and
interpersonal skills in order to lead, interact with, focus, resolve
conflict, and drive consensus among individuals from diverse cultures and
disciplines.
Well organized, efficient and detail oriented.

*Preferred Skills:*
*SAS Certified and/or mastery knowledge of proc report, tabluate, and gplot*
Highly skilled at creating sophisticated and highly performing data
visualization's
Knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices and systems (
*e.g., Cognos, Taleo, and CAAMS). *Familiar with *MS Visio*
2+ years of direct experience in developing Affirmative Action Plans
Broad understanding of Executive *Order 11246, Section 503, VEVRAA and
other affirmative action* regulations.

*Education:*
BA/BS degree required
