Communicate changes to constituency and provide hands-on training to union teams. Drive schedule and budget. Manage/mitigate risks and issues. Communicate project status and gain approval from stakeholders in cyber-security, meter services, and technical data teams. Required skills and experience: Training on technical systems to non-technical staff Business analysis to resolve remaining issues Project management: Budget, schedule, and risk management Experience with software projects, including driving through testing and release to production. Change management: communicating changes and driving adoption to diverse constituency Software skills: MS Office, including strong Excel, Visio, and Project skills. Sharepoint. PowerPlan preferred Programming: basic SQL skills Experience with utilities AMI experience - preferred Bachelor's Degree Master's Degree preferred (MBA) or PMP preferred.
