Location: Columbus,OH. The Programmer is responsible for completing the testing and application changes associated with WINDOWS/IE9 and assist with code changes required within OMJ/OWCMS application. THERE ARE 3 POSITIONS *** Interviews will be in person only and consists of a 70min skills assessment online test followed by an in person soft skill interview awarded to the top scoring candidates. Location is 4020 E Fifth Avenue. *** The Programmer is responsible for coding medium to complex application code enhancements which could be modifications, new functionality and/or break fixes, perform integration testing of program changes, perform code reviews for program changes made by other application developers on the team, provide input into best practices, make recommendations for performance tuning and program efficiency, analyze and design application enhancements, attend requirements meetings to assist business analysts in requirements collection and provide input into the feasibility of application design based on the documented business requirements, provide time estimates input for application code modifications for your own assignments, test applications for WIN 7/IE9 compliancy, coordinate the work effort among project assignments with other software developers on the team, check code in and out of Dimensions, provide verbal and written status to the unit manager, collaborate with business users, project managers, technical architects, team lead, and unit manager on application projects, provide support for system testing and user testing, assist in daily issue resolution, assist in system design, data modeling and application development efforts, perform testing, debugging, refining and evaluating of computer software test results to produce the required output, create report and screen designs and complete coding for those designs. REQUIRED SKILL SETS A minimum of 5 yrs as a Sr. Java Application Developer which means independently coding java programs on large scale projects (multiple servers, sub second response time & 1 million transaction per day) A minimum of 5 yrs experience programming using Oracle databases with 5 of those years being Oracle 10g or higher and at least two of those years using Oracle database 11g. A minimum of 5 yrs programming experience with PLSQL. A minimum of 5 yrs using XML, XSD Schema, JAXB 1.0, Oracle JDeveloper 9.0 A minimum of 5 yrs in java coding development using WAS 7.0 and RAD8.0.5 A minimum of 5 yrs experience using SEAM 3.0, EJB3, JPA 1.2 (Java Persistence Application Program Interface), JSF 1.2 (Java Server Faces), Java 5 (JEE5) and JDK1.6, & Hibernate 3.3 A minimum of 5 yrs experience in AJAX and Rich Faces components, facelets, and JDBC A minimum of 3 yrs experience using office tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Office and other tool sets that would complement the application development processes. A minimum of 1 yr experience using the Dimensions product for release management and check in and out of application code. A minimum of 1 yr experience on Window7/IE9.
