*JOB TITLE:* ORACLE IDENTITY MANAGEMENT--OIM Location: Foster City-CA Duration: 6-12 Months *Required background:* 5+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 5+ years of enterprise software implementation experience. Solid knowledge and understanding of Identity Management fundamentals At least 2 year experience in using OIM 11g R2 ps1product and customization of the product (Building custom ICF Connector, Plugin, Event Handler , ADF UI etc.) Experience with IAM technologies such as Identity Management, Identity Analytics, Role Based Access Controls, Directories, etc. Working knowledge with federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation and WS-Security Experience with at least one of the following: Java, .Net, JSP/Servlets, SQL, Shell Scripting, JavaScript, etc. Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL). Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD), Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus Good communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners; Effective written and oral communication at all levels of organization and technical expertise Good understanding of role engineering techniques Clear grasp of Secure SDLC principles and best practices Self-starter, creative, disciplined, result-oriented, and devoted team player *Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Identity Management At least 2 years of experience in OIM 11g R2 ps1with development and lead roles At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
