Position : Oracle Apps DBA Location : Columbus, OH Duration : 6+ Months *Need Green n US Citizens only* *Skills and Experience Required :* - We are looking for a passionate Oracle DBA to hit the ground running with a well known company in Columbus, Ohio. - Ideal candidates will have Enterprise level experience supporting Application Databases. - patching, upgrading installing, cloning, migrating and modifying databases. - This position will work alongside one other DBA to performance tune and handle all backup and recovery of the databases which are Oracle 12.2. - We are only looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and the confidence to ask for assistance or clarification when needed. - If you are looking to jump into a group that is helping to support an Oracle EBS implementation! - Must have 5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA - Experience supporting Application Databases - Experience with Test and Production Databases - Experience in an Enterprise-Level Environment - Experience supporting Oracle EBS implementation - Experience patching and upgrading databases - Experience with migrations and cloning - Experience with RAC - Experience performance tuning - Familiarity with Backup and Recovery of Oracle RMAN - Excellent communication skills - Must be confident enough to ask for help when needed - Must multi-task while staying detail oriented - Must be okay with being on-call every 3rd week for one week at a time - Some scripting experience - Experience with clustered databases - Experience with Fusion Middleware - Experience with Oracle 12.1 or 12.2 - Some Linux experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Regards, *Chris Roe* - Staffing / Human Resource Manager Desk No : 415-251-3968 | Email : *ch...@itbtalent.com <ch...@itbtalent.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
