Manage the infrastructure running production and lab infrastructure. Rethink and influence strategy and roadmap to handle ongoing performance, scale, and availability requirements. Master the platform so that you can provide end to end troubleshooting to determine the root cause of problems. Apply in-depth systems analysis to project-based work, design solutions to issues and evaluate their effectiveness. Manage/Deploy Windows file server clusters, DFS and DFS-Replication, including FTP and SFTP environment. Maintain Service Level Targets for the services provided. Manage External/Internal DNS services and platform. Manage Windows Servers imaging platform (SCCM) Provide operational support as well as work direct with internal customers. Identify and solve complex systems administration issues. Identify potential solutions to resolve.
