Extensive experience of fixed income financial products. Extensive experience in fixed income trade capture, front to back trade flow. Extensive experience with trade management, position management, PnL, and any other trade functions and artifacts. Extensive understanding of various aspects of trading and risk, i.e. yields, spreads, sensitivities etc. Extensive experience working with multiple teams. A thorough understanding of generic Project Life Cycle management controls. Good customer focus, attitude and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Extensive Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. * Basic ability to work independently and manage one*s time. * Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models. * Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc. Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. * 8-10 years experience required.
