Leadership experience is a Big Plus *Reply me on rachel.l...@itbtalent.com <rachel.l...@itbtalent.com>* . *Location*: New York, NY, *Job Description:* - Development of new functions using identified technologies. - Oversee enhancements to the existing applications. - Ensure efficient operations and best practices are followed in all systems. - Provide direction to team on development architecture and train in technologies. - Interface with peers in business and technology teams to ensure efficient and correct development. - Identify application system alternatives to enhance performance and achieve the needs of user environment. - Work with vendors on vendor applications; recommend solutions and application system design approaches and revisions. - Provide day to day production support of the existing application. - Oversee production deployments. *Required Skills:* - Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA Suite, including minimum seven (7) years programming experience. - Expert knowledge of related technologies including BPEL, BAM, EM and OSB. - Strong experience with Weblogic Server - Strong experience using PL-SQL and tuning strategies. Expert knowledge of SML, WSDLs and XSD. - Ability to share technical knowledge and clearly communicate technical concepts. *Desirable Skills:* - 3 years' experience performing in a lead role on major projects a strong plus.
