*Skills Required:* *F5 BIG-IP, F5 APM* Job Title: Security Network Engineer Location: Houston, TX Duration: 6+ Months Direct Client Need - Security Network Engineer - Houston, TX - 6+ Months Actively working with F5 APM technologies Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking services such as DNS, DNSSEC, UNIX, switches, routers and firewalls in Internet environments. Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP Protocol, SSL certificates, Web Server Administration such as Apache or Microsoft Internet Information Services Working knowledge of multi-tiered architectures, such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, BEA WebLogic, Siebel and SAP. Working knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as RSA, SAML, Kerberos, NTLM, and Radius. F5 BIG-IP certifications will be required within nine months of hire. It is helpful for candidates to have experience with the following: Familiarity with OSI model, Citrix, Netscaler, VDI, Proxy, ADFS, SAML, Federation and App Publishing Familiarity with the core F5 BIG-IP products, such as LTM, APM, ASM and GTM. Familiarity with authentication protocols and methodologies Familiarity with IPv6, NAT64 and DNS64. Familiarity with IPSec and/or SSL VPN technologies. Familiarity with service provider technologies such as SIP, RADIUS and DIAMETER. Familiarity with Firepass and LTM Troubleshooting technologies such as tcpdump, WireShark, HTTPwatch and Fiddler F5 iRule development.
