Experience developing software tests for functional, performance and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements. Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics or related engineering field or equivalent experience. In-depth knowledge of testing Web-based applications. Familiarity with SDLC, quality standards and test methodologies. Expertise in testing within an agile methodology is required. Experience with Rally also desired Required:4+ years of hand-on experience writing automation scripts with HP Quality Center / QTP. Ideally candidate with HP Quality Center or ALM Business Process Testing (BPT) automated test tool experience as this is the specific tool we are using. Experience in developing data driven tests and writing QTP/UFT functions using VB Script. Experience in QTP/UFT object repository Experience automating UI / UX testing using UFT a plus. Experience automating Web Services/Database testing using UFT a plus\n-- Strong SQL skills (working knowledge with TOAD a plus) Web services testing using tool such as SOAP desired Payroll/HR/Benefits software testing experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills comfortable in proactively communicating with others both within and outside of the immediate team to resolve issues and get questions answered. High attention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
