Ensuring knowledge of ITIL processes 2. Management of resources, mentoring and ensuring adherence of SLA 3. Ensure following of correct practices of Incident creation, service request creation and closure. 4. Provide support for the application during US working hours. 5. Migrations into or out of DCM platform 6.
