technologies like Core Java, HTML/JSP/JavaScript, Struts, JDBC,
XML/Webservices, EJB
Experience on IBM WSAD/RAD platforms
Good at J2EE application servers concepts and configurations
Good at Java/J2EE design patterns
Good at database design concepts, SQL/PL-SQL programming
Good in understanding business processes and systems, and prepare
functional specifications and design documents for web based applications
