Please review the job details below and If you are interested mail to me *prasanth.p *@speridian.com <melvin.marsh...@speridian.com> at the earliest. *Job Title: Business Analyst* *Location: Nashville, TN* *Job Type : Contract (Long term)* *Rate: $45-50/hr MAX* *Description* *Job Summary:* The Technical Consultant works closely with internal and external teams to implement the technical aspects of background screening solutions, particularly where our solutions are integrated with partner systems such as HRMS and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Technical Consultants are responsible for onboarding over half of the client’s new revenue stream. *Specific Duties:* · Collaborate with Partners, Product Management, and Development teams to efficiently onboard new customers · Project manage customer integrations from start to finish · Liase with Implementation Project Managers · Develop documentation, procedures and processes to implement new integrations · Perform business needs assessments for new and existing customers · Configure and test integrations · Collaborate with client development teams to ulitze Application Programming Interface (API) for ordering and viewing background screening reports · Troubleshoot problems with new and existing integrations · Level 3 (System and Application) technical support · Perform gap analysis and recommend a best practice solution · Document requirements and create Statements of Work (Solutions Documents) · Assist with RFP/RFI responses *Skills:* · Understanding of 3-tier applications (ex. Oracle iRecruitment, PeopleSoft eRecruit or SAP) a plus · Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills, including presentation skills · Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) and work effectively with customers, partners and internal divisions · Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to be a productive team player · Strong project management and consulting skills · Proficient understanding of Internet development technologies (SOAP, HTML, SQL, XML). · Proficient knowledge of Oracle Application Server, Oracle and SQL Database management a plus · Solid understanding of networking technologies such as firewalls, security protocols and network encryption · Proficient usage of Microsoft Project *Experience:* · Minimum 6 years’ experience consulting or related positions · Proficiency with data transmission architectures (XML, SOAP, HTML). · Experience with industry leading applicant tracking systems (PeopleSoft, Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service, Kenexa Brass Ring, Silkroad OpenHire, etc.) a plus · Demonstrated record of managing multiple complex technology-related projects to a successful conclusion Hands-on experience writing Statements of Work and Product Requirements document *Education:* - Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science required, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience; MBA, advanced degrees or advanced certification (such as Six Sigma or PMP) a plus -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
