*Skills Required:*
*Research, analyze and evaluate options and provide recommendations to
the Program Manager/Project Manager
· Draft project documentation, such as Business Requirements,
Implementation Approach, Post Project Review
· Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle,
ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality. This includes ensuring
that the solution is capable of enabling the business to achieve benefit
realization as well as demonstrating understanding of the organizational
impact of change
· Responsible for accurate and timely reporting against the
project plan and budget in line with agreed governance
· Ensure each project adheres to the governance required by
Program Office including the maintenance of full documentation and the
existence of a fully-supported PIB, PCC or Workgroup as appropriate to
each project or program
· Perform and/or supervise the acquisition and analysis of data
to identify business problems and opportunities
· Identify and evaluate project risks and issues, making
recommendations on effective mitigation strategies and implementing as
directed
· Stakeholder management and engagement of key stakeholders
· Collaboration with others on Program team, identifying internal
/ external resources required to deliver the project
Technical Knowledge:
Ms Office, MS Project; Project Manager
