·         Prior experience in the Implementation and Support of Microsoft
Lync - Unified Communication Solutions preferred. Microsoft Lync 2013 or
2010 design and implementation Microsoft Lync design and implementation.

·         Excellent knowledge in IT enterprise applications such as:
Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Exchange.

·         Hands on MS Lync 2010 / 2013 experience in production
environments/multiple projects Experience in installation, configuration
and support of multi-site Microsoft Lync environments offering high
availability and disaster recovery.

·         Experience working with remote teams Collaborate with other teams
to implement service and system monitoring and alerting Ability to
troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical issues Ability to work
under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines Ability to react quickly and
effectively to issues and opportunities Excellent customer interaction
skills.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills Should familiar
with ITIL process like Incident/Problem/Change/Release/CMDB Management.

·         Microsoft OCS/Lync certification Ability to troubleshoot and
setup Lync PSTN gateways Experience with AudioCodes SBA installation,
configuration, and support Experience with Session Border Controllers
Expert knowledge Enterprise Voice experience. Experience with using
powershell to maintain Lync Active Directory 2008/2012, WINTEL (Windows
2003/2008/2012, clustering/citrix), power shell, Hardware knowledge, ITIL
awareness.

*Role details: *

Incident & Problem Management Responsible for sustenance and
troubleshooting on multiple technologies such as Windows AD, Windows
Clustering, power shell, Active Directory. Ensure that service delivery
takes place based on the Service level agreed.

Develop and sustain excellent customer relationship through deep engagement
and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and
handling issues.

Responsible for analyzing all tickets and ensuring that the tickets getting
closed and customer CSAT is maintained. Providing L3 support on Windows
(OS, Clustering, AD) & AD. Installing and configuring Domain Controllers,
Administer AD services etc.. providing role based access.

High availability, DRS etc.. Adding new domain controllers to expand
capacity or reseizing Firmware/Patch management for AD & Hardware Upgrade,
OS Upgrade AD Backup & restore)Configuring monitoring parameters for
windows/virtualization platform.

Technical audit/Implementing best practices on Windows & Active Directory.
Assisting team in monitoring, L1/L2 activities & incidents.



The must haves would be as follows.

-  Lync senior level understanding of:

·         SIP call flow knowledge and diagnosis

·         P2P / Conferencing setup and media paths

·         Proper use of Dial plans, Voice Policies, Routes, PSTN Usages and
trunks

·         Enterprise voice call flow with PSTN Gateway

·         Lync mobility connectivity

·         Ownership of Lync application from endpoint to core infrastructure

·         Configure Exchange Unified Messaging Dial Plans, Mailbox
Policies, IP Gateways, Auto Attendants, etc.
