*Position: Pega Lead Systems Architect * *Location: Cranston, RI* *Duration: 6 Months* * Need H1B Copy* The Legal Hierarchy System will use Pega to manage queues and make calls to D&B through Data Power and enrich the data in cMDM. New database tables need to be created to accommodate and maintain LHO queue. *Duties & Responsibilities: * *Development duties will include:* - Communication with users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues - Designing of class structure and building foundation application in Pega - Development of complex modules in PRPC using flows, flow actions, activities, harness and section rules, declarative rules etc. - Investigating and fixing bugs / Participating in test execution cycles - Interact with other technology groups as needed - Ability to provide work effort estimation and review technical design and code. - Packaging and migrating code. Skill, Experience & General information Required: *Basic Technical Requirements* · 6-8 years of design and development experience in Pega PRPC. · Experience in Pega PRPC 7.1 version. Pega 7 ready. · CLSA or CSSA certification in Pega PRPC · Hands-on experience in implementation of Business Flows/Services/Connectors in Pega PRPC. · Good understanding of Java/J2EE features. · Good understanding of Database/SQL queries. · Understanding of Performance analysis and tuning · Good command on Web technologies including knowledge on Servlets, JSP, and XML. Should have hands on experience in developing web applications. · Comfortable with System Administration and ability to demonstrate PRPC infrastructure installation, setup, and configuration · Ability to program a PRPC solution considering the present application scenario and business requirements · Expertise in developing detailed flows and activities for requirements within PRPC · Ability to configure business rules in rule-sets within Pega Rules Process Commander software · Ability to program integrations with external applications and systems using Pega’s connectors and integration services · Good knowledge in programming flows, defining rules, creating classes, developing HTML streams, activities in the PRPC. · Experience in building user Interface with Flow Actions, Harness and Section rules · Hands-on experience in developing various PRPC activities, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules, reports, and correspondence templates · Experience in client facing roles. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. *Desirable Skills* - Experience in Service Case Manager framework. - Experience in CPM framework. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
