RHEL 5 or 6 is a must and Solaris 10 or 11 experiences is preferred. Demonstrated expertise with enterprise infrastructure technologies such as high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, multi-pathing for HBAs and NICs, clustering at the OS level, load balancing, WebSphere, tC server and SAN/NAS, and basic network knowledge Experience with Data Center managed service providers Capability to lead both technical and non-technical discussions. Ability to communicate effectively with both peer engineers and leadership teams Excellent team player. Willing to share knowledge and cross train team members Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate teams to resolve root cause Ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to changing environments Strong problem solving skills, can exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor Strong documentation skills, the ability to follow the procedure according to the IT policy and to maintain documentation *
