*Requirement: 1* *Position: MS Business Intelligence Developer* *Location: MA-Boston* *Duration: 6++ months(That’s current contract but should be 12++ months* Primary responsibilities for the Business Intelligence (BI) Developer include the design and development of BI solutions for the client primarily utilizing the Microsoft BI suite of tools. *Responsibilities:* Work with clients to determine business requirements for reporting and analysis Design conceptual, logical, physical data models Develop ETL using SQL stored procedures and/or SSIS Packages Create cubes using Analysis Services (SSAS) Create technical documentation Test solutions and resolve issues *Must Have* Proficiency in SQL including the use of SQL editors, stored procedures, database triggers and optimizing SQL statements Knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and ETL SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS SQL Server 2012 *Requirement: 2* *Position: Business Intelligence Analyst* *Location: MA-Boston* *Duration: 6++ months(That’s current contract but should be 12++ months* The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be responsible for the design and development of BI solutions for our enterprise clients primarily utilizing the Microsoft BI suite of tools. *Responsibilities:* Work with clients to understand business decisions and resulting outcomes, defining requirements for data integration, reporting and analysis Work with Data Architect and Data Engineer to ensure business value is achieved Create tabular models and multidimensional cubes using Analysis Services (SSAS) Develop reports using Reporting Services (SSRS) Develop reporting solutions using PowerPivot and Power View Manage BI Reporting Portals in SharePoint Test solutions and resolve issues Training and coaching of business users Evangelizing self-service BI implementation in enterprise organizations *Our Must Have List* Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, report creation and visualization Must have experience developing complex reporting solutions in Excel Must have proven experience working directly with business users Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills *Desired, but Not Required* BS in Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or related field preferred Experience in the following areas is desired but not required: Experience with self-service BI tools (PowerPivot, Power View, tableau, Qlikview, etc.) Knowledge of data warehouse concepts including: data modeling, data quality, ETL and data mining Microsoft SQL Server BI tools: SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS SQL and Stored Procedures Consulting experience Experience with leading BI tools such as Oracle, IBM, Informatica, Microstrategy, and BusinessObjects Experience with Microsoft Excel 2013, Microsoft SQL Server 2012, SharePoint 2013 *Requirement: 3* *Position: Business Intelligence Architect* *Location: MA-Boston* *Duration: 6++ months(That’s current contract but should be 12++ months* As a Business Intelligence Architect, you’ll spearhead the design and development of BI solutions for our clients. Your mission – to build enterprise data and analytics solutions while leading your talented team of BI specialists. Your strong business acumen will come in handy as you work with clients to determine business requirements for reporting and analysis. Next, you’ll design conceptual, logical, and physical data models primarily utilizing the Microsoft BI suite of tools. You’ll also develop ETL using SQL stored procedures and/or SSIS Packages, create cubes using Analysis Services (SSAS), and create reports using Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or PowerPivot for Excel. Your killer eye for detail will be an asset when you create technical documentation, test solutions and work to resolve any issues along the way. *Our Must Have List* BS in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills *Desired, but Not Required* 3-5 years of experience designing and developing BI solutions in a project-oriented environment 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server BI tools: SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, PowerPivot, PowerView Proficiency in SQL including the use of SQL editors, stored procedures, database triggers and optimizing SQL statements.
