They also need to have (at a very minimum) familiarity with one of the Hadoop Distributions. The ideal tool is Hortonworks, but any other distribution will be OK. These Developers will be part of the team that will: Centralize repositories and reporting Implementing a short-term data and analytics solution (around 6 months) while creating the long term vision.
