*Role:* Lead Consultant – SAP ME/MII As a Lead Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. *Location:* Milwaukee, WI. This position may require 20% travel Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1b or otherwise). *Qualifications* *Basic* • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. • At least 7 years of experience with Manufacturing Execution System, specifically implementation experience in SAP ME (SAP Manufacturing Execution) system stack • Must have hands on expertise in implementation of MES applications using SAP Manufacturing Execution modules such as System Configuration, POD, Genealogy, Non-Conformance Management, Data Collection, Shop Floor Execution and SAP MEINT • Must be well versed with standard webservices provided by SAP ME, must have hands on experience of developing custom POD using SAP ME SDK *Preferred* • At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes • At least 5 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution (SAP ME) and SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) Skills • At least 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment. Must have worked on atleast one full cycle MES implementation experience using SAP ME across any industry domain (Automotive, Aerospace or Discrete Manufacturing – Desirable) • Should have good functional knowledge of overall SAP ECC components and its integration with SAP ME using SAP MEINT, well versed with integration using iDocs • Experience in XML technologies – XSD, XSLT • Analytical and Communication skills • Project and talent management • Experience with project management • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
