The purpose of this Purchase order is for the Office of Information
Technology (OIT) to acquire the services of one senior PHP developer for
the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) on an hourly rate basis to
analyze, document and develop the Parole Complaint Automation System and to
work with CDOC's vendor Protocol Marketing to receive the complaint data.
Work must be done on-site at CDOC headquarters in Colorado Springs.
The vendor shall provide one or more individuals who are skilled in PHP
development and whom can translate business requirements into a technical
design and then develop the PHP code. Experience with a database
management system, software development, and PHP code is required, as is
experience with javascript and jQuery. Professional level expertise in
PHP, Javascript, and jQuery code development is critical to project success
and candidates should be prepared to submit a portfolio of previous
documented work efforts for review. A minimum of 5 years professional
coding with the indicated languages is required.
Deliverables
Key project deliverables include:
Technical Design Document mapping business requirements to technical
components
PHP code, tested within development environment and delivered to QA for
testing. Considered complete after QA's approval.
Knowledge transfer to OIT senior web developer
Contractor will be expected to hold code review meetings with other
developers.
