*Clarity System Administrator / Developer * • HP Service Manager (preferred) • SAP (nice to have) Responsibilities: Key responsibilities will include: • Partner with MGT Service Management resources to complete the development, testing and implementation of a new 'Reporting OBS' within the Clarity tool • Partner with vendor Computer Associates (CA) on the testing and implementation of a Clarity custom enhancement for Staff OBS Update Workflow & a Monitoring Portlet • Partner with MGT Service Management and Finance resources to design, develop, test, and implement an interface of financial information from Clarity to SAP • Develop and provide recommendations to the Resource and Portfolio Management teams on a re-design of security / access levels for the Clarity application • Generate and execute technical cutover plans for the movement of new Clarity configurations and custom development between the Development, Quality Assurance (QA) and Production environments Skill Level (including soft skill requirements) • Strong functional and technical knowledge of the CA Clarity PPM platform • Experience in loading data into and extracting data out of CA Clarity PPM • Ability to demonstrate and advise creation and modification of reporting for CA Clarity PPM • Proficiency in data extraction and analysis using SQL, Microsoft Excel and Access • Effective problem solving and analytical skills • Highly organized, self-directing and able to set priorities to meet expectations • Ability to proactively identify project / technical solution issues and then actively drive them to closure • Ability to propose technical solutions to address Clarity-related backlog item requests • Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with key collaborators • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle • Solid understanding of application infrastructure including Microsoft server and Oracle databases • Strong verbal and written communication skills to all stakeholder levels • Functional knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, ITIL • Retail experience preferred *Regards,* *Lisa DuttDesk No # 609-935-3773 EXT 102 * * Email : lisa.d...@itbtalent.com <lisa.d...@itbtalent.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
