Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Systems Analyst

Location: Lansing, MI

Duration: 12 Months

Direct Client Position

Client: State of MI



The Systems Analyst must have the following skills and expertise: 1.
Application Systems Analyst with 8 or more years of demonstrable working
experience in application analysis and software design including
implementing of medium-to-large scale web-based systems and applications.
2. The ability to work with a technical team and business experts in: a.
analysis and design of complex applications, b. Development, testing,
debugging and Implementation of the CRM Dynamic applications. c. Ability to
execute and validate test plans for applications, 3. Strong analytical and
problem solving skills 4. Detail oriented and able to quickly absorb and
apply key aspects of the project 5. Able to function effectively in a fast
paced work environment 6. Able to handle multiple priorities 7. Able to
deliver against deadlines with reasonable accuracy 8. Good interpersonal
skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team 9.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 10. Able to effectively
deal successfully with a large variety of management personnel and users
11. Capability of giving attention to detail while still understanding and
dealing with the global aspects of the project



Experience Required

The Application Software Engineer must have the following experience: 1.
Systems Analyst with 8 or more years of demonstrable working experience in
application analysis and software design including implementing of
medium-to-large scale web-based systems and applications. 2. Experience
working with a technical team and business experts in: a. analysis and
design of complex applications, b. Development, testing, debugging and
Implementation of the CRM Dynamic applications. c. Ability to execute and
validate test plans for applications, 3. Five years’ experience acting as
the Key interface between business users and technical staff 4. Five years’
experience responding to a customer issues/concerns, providing detailed
feedback and resolution



Education Required  This position requires a Masters Degree in Computer
Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
