Role: Business Analyst Location: Trenton, NJ -* (Local Candidates only)* Duration: 8-12 Months The Functional Business Analyst will conduct business analysis, requirements analysis and validation, requirements gathering, user communications and have a role in the future design, acquisition, configuration, and implementation of software solutions. The BA will be in primarily a functional role versus technical but must be comfortable with technology and working with technical teams. EXPERIENCE 9+ years’ Business Analysis experience. EDUCATION 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study. Preference in Healthcare, Education, Information Systems, Computer Programming or other similar field. Required / Desired Skills Business analysis including as-is and to-be system functionality and analysis Business case documentation, including use case documentation including the documentation of business flow using UML tools or related methodologies Prior experience developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and propose redesigns or areas for improvement Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information Prior roles that require the understanding of business/process issues and requires problem solving abilities Solid experience preparing accurate and detailed Requirements documents, and Functional Specification documents Prior professional experience developing cases and scripts for UAT testing Prior experience facilitating JAD Sessions Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) for conducting meetings and written communication Advanced skills in MS Office (including MS Project) Prior proven experience requiring negotiation and persuasion skills Prior experience and Comfort giving Executive level presentations Strong skills in SharePoint Experience working in a PMO office and their Tools, templates, best practices Solid understanding of infrastructure and comfortable leading technical discussions Thank you, David Shah ds...@dsscorp.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
