*USC or GC with Great Comm Skills..* KEYS To the Position: - *MUST HAVE excellent communication skills - without it they don't care how good the person is technically. Accent is not the issue - must articulate well as they will be interacting with non-technical people * - *MUST BE a LEAD Developer type.
