The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will work closely with the .Net developer to ensure DOH standards and development practices are followed. The staff assigned to this contract must have the following minimum experience: Five years of experience developing .Net (2.0 or above) applications using the *Model-View-Controller (MVC)* design pattern. Experience must include Visual Basic Script (*VBScript*) and *C#* language skills. Five years of experience in creating web application designs, and *acting as the lead developer and performing code reviews*. Six years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server (*MS SQL Server*). Six years of experience creating ASP.Net web forms.
