Analyze cost effectiveness and feasibility of proposed solutions. Design, and/or implement work-arounds or software solutions including updates to any affected design documentation. Provide technical assistance as necessary. 3. Analyzes the impact of changes on existing information products or systems. 4. Assesses the compatibility with goals in all areas.
