*Metadata management*
*Database performance monitoring, tuning, and management*
*Indexing strategy and management*
*SQL code reviews*
*Database security and integrity*
*Database availability, backup and recovery*
*General systems management and networking skills*
*Handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks*
*Work under minimal supervision*
*React quickly and appropriately to high pressure / high impact situations
and determine the best solution*
*Ability to learn new technologies quickly, then turn around to train other
team members and subordinates.*
*Ability to take the lead, as appropriate*
