This is a *3-6 month contract-to-hire* position. Our client is doing a migration from *VB6 to C#/.NET*, so if you have anyone that has done a migration similar to that, that candidate would be ideal. *This candidate does not have to be local, but a local candidate would definitely be ideal*. They aren’t looking for a “senior-level resource”, but they would like for this person to have 3-5 years of experience. *Required Skills:* 1. 3-5 years of Software Developer (.NET/C#) and OOP 1. No more than 7 years’ experience 2. Multi-threaded applications 2. Experience working in a test driven development environment (TDD) 3. Be able to analyze vendor requirements, and make sound development decisions (good analytical thinking) 4.
