Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience with Oracle
ERP  (11.5 series or R12) in Supply Chain Management and Oracle Dementra.


 Location: Chippewa Falls, WI

Duration: 3–6 months but could go longer.

Rate: DOE

Interview mode: Phone hire


**We DO NOT need a senior level person for this – it can be mid-level
(minimum 5 years exp) candidates**

Requirement below:

IT Business Analyst (Oracle Supply Chain)

This IT Business Analyst position will work in the Oracle technology group
focusing on configuration, custom development, and production support of
the Advanced Supply Chain (ASCP) and Inventory modules of Oracle E-Business
Suite.  Demantra (Forecasting) will also be a major focus of this position.

Specific Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, and support solutions for the Corporate Oracle
E-Business Suite 12 ERP system and Demantra. Work closely with the supply
chain departments and IT team members to understand and define business
requirements and processes to apply technology in support of business
objectives. Coordinate with resources required from IT, vendors, and other
departments to implement solutions.

Candidate Profile

·       Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills,
which demonstrates confidence and fosters a "Trusted Advisor" relationship
with the client.

·       Work closely with the functional departments and IT analysts to
attain an in-depth knowledge of business processes and procedures

·       Apply full-life-cycle methodologies to projects and change control

·       Responsible for documentation using Oracle AIM methodology

·       Apply technical and analytical skills to determine Oracle ERP
system setup, configuration, and customization requirements to meet
business needs

·       Extensive experience in configuration, module upgrades for Oracle
Applications 11i/R12 in a multi-tier environment

·       Work with other application development staff to develop
architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies and
procedures

·       Have a complete understanding of patching processes and maintenance
of R12 Oracle Application environments

·       Opening, managing, escalating and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle
Support

·       Research and implement information systems technology where
appropriate for the functional departments

·       Troubleshoot application, database, and network system problems

·       Support other necessary applications that compliment Oracle ERP

·       Experience with SDLC and Change Control management for
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

·       Customer relations/service skills

·       Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational and project task
management skills

·       Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
attention to detail, and follow through including documentation

·       Collaborates with and/or directs other team members to achieve
tactical business results

·       Creates multi-disciplinary technical innovations and solutions for
the most complex or risky business situations

·       Creates formal networks involving coordination among
cross-functional groups. Guides team on technical or business issues

·       Perform on-call application support as necessary

·       Configure help documentation using Oracle User Productivity Kit

·       Other duties as assigned
