We are looking for Sitecore Developer/Architect at IL, please do let me know your interest in below position. Position: Sitecore Developer/Architect Duration: Long term Location: *first few weeks of the contract in Chicago before working remotely* An application development and IT service provider based out of *Denver,* is looking for a Sitecore Developer/Architect that is either local to Chicago or can spend the first few weeks of the contract in *Chicago* before working remotely. They may need to come onsite every few months depending on the project. This candidate needs to have excellent communication skills. This is an open-ended contract that will last at a minimum one year. They will hire off one or two phone screens . job description: *Responsibilities:* - Define digital architecture platform using SiteCore Content Management System and Microsoft .NET. - Define technical architecture standards and guidelines and its implementation using various integration tools Define Site Architecture, CMS - Workflows, site templates, site administrators, modules/reusable components. - Define integration patterns, design guidance and principles. - Solutioning with strong non-functional requirements including performance, maintainability in web, mobile client applications and complex integration using web-service. - Provide deployment architecture, capacity recommendations for deployment and maintenance of website. - Establish technical quality processes, templates, checklist for application and ensure delivery with respect to the same. - Define development standards and tailor development lifecycle process and deliverables to ensure strong technical compliance of solution and code. - Provide estimates/ solutioning for proposals & projects Keep fluent with emerging technologies and tools that will keep our clients innovative in their marketing approach *Required Skills & Experience* - About 7-10 years’ experience in solution architecture and development - At least 3 large website development projects (1 year+) covering entire SDLC in Integration tools - At least 1 large scale integration implementation - Rich experience in designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Tools - .NET, MVC, SQL SERVER - Strong experience in designing complex websites which has CMS, Workflow and Rules/Automation solution - Demonstrated track record leading architecture and design team in developing large and complex systems for Integration - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities - Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage with senior stakeholders in IT - Experience of working directly with customer and various third parties.
