We are currently in the process of enabling Veeva for several of our pharmaceutical business units. We are currently looking for a qualified, experienced CRM Veeva Business Analyst, whose purpose is to be a key member in the analysis, documentation, and management of data requirements throughout the life of the program. *Responsibilities/Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * o Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, customer facing presentations, test plan, test scripts, test cycle summary o Contribute towards validation plan (when applicable) o Should have solid enough communication skills to face-off with customers and conduct JAD sessions / demo presentations, etc… o Working knowledge of Veeva configuration & best practices for assistance with light solution design o Proof of concept build-outs and light hands-on configuration o Autonomy. Leadership within their functional Workstream.
