Please send the resumes at su...@cncconsulting.com Job Title: Curam Developer Location: Durham, NC Duration: 12 Months This position will have significant responsibilities as part of NC FAST development and work closely with Senior Technical Consultants on interface design and development issues, and may act in the role of senior technical developer. Duties include but are not limited to: leading requirements gathering sessions to identify interfaces that satisfy the business requirements, developing requirements that support the collection, integration and transformation of large volumes of data with data structures ranging from simple to highly complex, designing and implementing complex SOA solutions using the WebSphere suite of products, participating in systems analysis and gap analysis for building quality interfaces, analyzing and modifying existing programs, debugging programs, writing specifications, and developing and executing system testing. These activities will involve analyzing requirements and specifying/ implementing necessary modifications using solid understanding of database design concepts including tables, fields, attributes and relationship cardinality to create application modules, consider security protocols, design solution strategies, and enable interface mechanisms. Responsibilities also include reporting statuses to the NC FAST Project Manager, and adhering to DHHS policies and procedures. Three or more years of experience programming and design web based distributed systems. Required3Years Experience with Java, Websphere, Web Services, SOAP, JMS, WSDL, and XML. Required3Years Experience as a Cúram Developer with experience in interfaces design and development. Required3Years Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues. Required3Years Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. Required3Years Ability to create and write technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required3Years Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency, Required3Years Experience with interfaces between mainframes and distributed server environments in a statewide environment.
