Title: Oracle HCM EBS Consultants
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6 Months CTH

NOTE: !!Must Need EAD-GC, GC & USC!!

Position Title: Oracle EBS
Technical Resource Required Skills:
·         5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite
(R11i/R12.1.3)
·         Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle 10g / 11g Forms and Oracle 10g/11g Reports,
BI Publisher, Java, J2EE, SOA and Unix.
·         Experience with HCM (Human Capital Management) module of Oracle
E-Business
·         Must have a focus in different Financial Applications and
Integrations (OTL, OAB, Payroll, HR, CWB or OIC)
·         Experience improving functionality of Oracle EBS is required
·         Experience with configurations and production support is required
·         Must have experience with both production support/maintenance and
project-based work
·         Must have a positive attitude and bring energy to the team
·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are
absolutely required

Technical Resource Desired Skills:
·         Experience with an Oracle EBS implementation is a plus
·         Familiarity with Hyperion and/or Taleo
·         A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field of study
is preferred
·         Familiarity with SOX compliance and audits

Functional Analyst Required Skills
·         5+ years of experience acting as an Analyst for Oracle
Applications
·         Must have experience working with the business to determine its
needs then convey that information to technical

individuals
·         Experience working closely with an organizations HR and
Compensation departments
·         Experience gathering and documenting requirements
·         Must have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
·         Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
·         Willingness to learn and adapt is a must
