Contractor will need to have a vehicle. * The Judiciary is looking for an Outstanding Senior Business Analyst with strengths in Software Development, Testing and Documentation. The BA must have the following skills: Strong business analysis skills Outstanding communication skills including presentations to groups and requirements documentation Experience with Requirements gathering and documentation Experience with the full software development lifecycle Experience with Testing, Training and support Experience with UI Design Experience creating storyboards, wireframes and mockups Business process re-engineering experience Experience with PEGA 7 is a plus but not required The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals including: Identification and analysis of potential source systems Conducting gap analysis of existing management systems to propose replacement systems Assisting with identification and documentation of business requirements Defining application requirements Creating data definitions and business rules for multiple systems Scheduling and leading JAD sessions BA Experience Required9Years Requirements gathering and documentation Required9Years Experience making Presentations to stakeholders Required7Years Business process reengineering experience Required5Years Experience Leading JAD Sessions Required7Years Software Development Lifecycle Required9Years Experience with MS Visio Required5Years Experience with MS Office / PowerPoint Required5Years Experience with user interface design including storyboards, wireframes and mockups Required3Years Experience with Testing, training and support Required5Years Experience with Pega 7 Highly desired1Years Previous BA experience with a Government agency.
