*Need Business Analyst with Jira in NC - 6 Months contract!* Position : Business Analyst with Jira Location : Mooresville,NC Duration : 6 Months *Need GC or USC!* Description : As the JIRA Analyst, you will be responsible for the set up and installation of JIRA ensuring it is implemented based on best practices. This will include creating and operationalising processes, docuemntation and standards for programs and projects to be managed using JIRA. You will be responsible for implementing workflows, training users, and leading cross-functional initiatives. The role will also consist of Business Analysis responsibilities and will require strong interperosonal, organisational and communication skills. Other responsibilities: Migrating from Robohead to JIRA, Configure JIRA, building out project workflows, permission schemes, notifications schemes and screen schemes, and Responsible for bug tracking, issue tracking and project management tool. Skills and Experience The successful JIRA BA will have: Experience in Business Analysis or Project Management 1-2 years experience in Atlassian JIRA tool implementation, configuration and administration Analysing JIRA set-up, reports and peformance 2+ years of experience with product lifecycle systems, or CRM support, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
