Please let me know your interest. *Sr. Healthcare Business Analyst* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Duration: Long term* *Rate: $50/hr* *Must be US Citizen, GC or EAD* *Make sure they have strong Agile, Healthcare and Claims background* *Required skills:* · 10+ years of US Healthcare BA experience working in large, complex, matrix organization · 5+ years of *claims data analysis* · 3+ years of *lab claim data analysis* · 3+ years of *CMS claims data analysis* · Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations. · Lead internal review sessions with C Level. Discuss issues and questions related to claims data analysis, issue documentation; work with business stakeholders t- review and resolve these issues · Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data. · Provide explanations and information related t- data analysis findings t- both project team and business stakeholders. · Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
