*ServiceNow Developer/Admin*
Ø  Consultant would all be ServiceNow “devmins” that would need to have
experience using ServiceNow as well as JavaScript skills.
Ø  Minor system admin experience would be nice.
Ø  Things exposed to / experienced in ServiceNow would be CMDB, Asset
management, Service Catalog, knowledge management, Discovery, Orchestration.

*Candidate should have: *
·         Minimum 2+ years' direct experience as a ServiceNow Admin or
application owner, configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service
Catalog, Asset, and Configuration. ESS portal experience a plus
·         Experience with web based development languages (JavaScript,
HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML) integration
·         Strong analytical, estimating and problem solving skills
·         Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
·         Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse
audiences
·         Ability to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly
·         Ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive
deadlines and multiple priorities
·         Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations and
procedures
·         Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project management
methodologies
·         Advanced Scripting/ Reporting and other classes area highly
recommended.
·         HTML, XML, Web Services, SN scripting in JavaScript
·         Experience in producing enterprise level reports, including
compiling data from several different sources.
·         Experience with processes involving problem identification,
recovery, escalation and resolution.
·         Working knowledge of relational databases.
·         Able to function well in a fast-paced and adaptive environment.
·         ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred
·         Experience supporting a global implementation of ServiceNow
preferred
