We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Position: **Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll* *Location: Pleasanton, CA* *Duration: 6 months+ contract* *Job Title Functional HCM SaaS/Oracle Fusion Payroll* Technical/Functional Skills Ability to conduct sessions with users to gather integration requirements, develop functional designs and coordinate with technical teams for the delivery of the same testing, training and supporting UAT cycles Experience Required • Oracle Fusion HCM experience in modules : Core HR,Payroll • End-to-End implementation expertise in Fusion • Experience in implementation of Payroll in Fusion Apps • Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Benefits • Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager. • Deep Experience on Payroll related business processes. • Good knowledge on Fusion Application Security • Knowledge in Data Masking (Desirable) • Ability to map Business processes in Fusion Application. • Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, CRPs, developing prototypes and building reference models • Commitment to delivering a high quality work product Roles & Responsibilities • This role will involve working with the project team from various tracks like PMO, functional, Development & Architect, Infrastructure and Testing teams • Work with IT and Business management to evaluate complex user requirements • End User Training • Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, developing prototypes and building reference models • Perform parallel testing in payroll environment • Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day to day basis on deliverables and customer interaction on need basis *Thanks * *Wasim AhmedUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
