RAD is currently transitioning to a web-based application from an Access database platform and requires the implementation of several new features.* *Works with division management and developers to establish time tables and agree on a QA plan for software development implementation. Ensure that QA process is documented and communicated and adequate to ensure agreed quality levels for the application. Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements, working business analysts to ensure all requirements are tested, and to identify unit testing coverage and ensure any gaps are documented and addressed. Ensure testing of functional areas is complete, tracked and on-schedule.* *Assist in translating requirements into test cases to provide traceability and analyzing the results of system and integrated testing to ensure business and functional requirements are met. Assist in unit and integration testing. Create and execute functional system integration and regressions tests, test plans and strategies, communicate progress and issues through the generation of reports and verbal updates, and conduct risk analysis. Perform writing and executing of manual test cases.
