*Kindly reply to **sara.wil...@itbtalent.com* *Candidates must be local and available for a f2f interview.* EAD, GC USC only who can convert to fulltime after 6 months contract *Minimum Qualifications* *A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in computer sciences, engineering, business, or an approved related program and three to five years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis. ** A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and experience. *Department Preferences* Preference will be given to qualified applicants with: * A Master’s degree, preferably in business administration, computer science, engineering, or health administration. *5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on Healthcare analytics using Salient Interactive Miner (SIM) data. *Healthcare industry experience. *Comfort working with messy data, and knowing what good data integrity standards look like. *A passion for breaking down and understanding complex systems. *Superb listening skills and ability to build trust quickly. * Experience communicating with both internal and external audiences. * Demonstrated ability to work well with internal and external constituents, at every level of an organization. *Ability to prioritize responsibilities, handle multiple projects simultaneously and delegate responsibilities when appropriate. *Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines and the stress of undertaking multiple projects at one time. *Ability to make complex decisions with imperfect information.
